Ordering is easy and you can do it in seven different ways:

Dispatch & delivery of orders

All orders are made in our workshop especially for you by my hands. We kindly ask for 7/20 working days for dispatch to mainland UK. However most orders are made within 7 working days, yipee! if you do need a piece of jewellery in a hurry or have any queries please send us an email at where we can then advise you. Orders are dispatched via Royal Mail. If you choose Special Delivery you should normally receive your items the following working day – but please allow up to 7/20 working days after you have placed your order for me to get busy at my workbench x More information on our delivery charges can be found below:

1st Class Signed For:  Signature on delivery for peace of mind. Next-day delivery after your order has been made. £4.90

2nd Class Signed For:  Signature on delivery for peace of mind. Can take 2/3 days after your order has been made. £3.90

My Jewellery hasn’t arrived yet, where is it?
Every item posted is sent Royal Mail special delivery with a unique track and trace code which we can provide by request. If your item has not arrived within a few days after we have informed you of despatch please let us know. We will contact Royal Mail to find out if the item has been delivered and if not where it is. As we all know these days items do get lost in the post occasionally but as everything is insured we can claim the costs back once Royal Mail agree that the item has gone missing in the post and have a replacement item sent to you.

Overseas Orders Please note that while we display the approximate US$ and Euro amounts for products, when you pay with a credit card you will be charged in Pounds Sterling and your credit card will be debited in your own currency. The actual exchange rate used for the transaction (and thus the final amount in your local currency) will be determined by your credit card company. Delivery times for overseas orders will vary from country to country but can upto be 30 working days after the order has been placed. Returns and Refunds

…are both easy as part of our total customer service. We believe that you will be delighted with your product but there may be occasions where you feel it necessary to return an item. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible. These terms do not affect your statutory rights. Please contact us to arrange a return.

Faulty Goods

If you receive an item which for whatever reason is faulty, please contact us by telephone (on 0161 850 0001 ) or email (at ). You must inform us within 30 days of receipt and we will arrange a refund or replacement. If you wish to return goods please contact us for advice on the best method to use. The company will refund the cost of postage.
